职位描述: POSITIONSUMMARY ResponsibleforgrowthandnewcustomeracquisitionintheMicroBulkandsmallbulkbusinessinWuxi-Suzhouarea.Thesepeoplewillberesponsibleforactivelymakingsalescalls,promotingCryoEasebusinessmodelasamoreeconomical,saferandmoreconvenientmodeofsupplytoexistingcylinders/dewarcustomers,andsecuresalescontractsinafast,effectiveanddisciplinedmanner. DIMENSIONS: ChinaPackagedGasmarket(exhardgoods,heliumandelectronicsspecialtygases)isa$700MMbusinesswithamenabletargetforconversiontoMicroBulksupplyestimatedat$200MM.Ourintentistodevelopa$60millionto$80millionbusinessoverthenext5yearsinthisconversionmarketsegment.Thebusinessplancallsforexpansionto10hubsthroughoutChinawithadedicatedandfocusedsalesforceofupto40peoplewithdedicatedsalesmanagement.Wewilldeployspecializedequipmentandresourcesdevelopedexclusivelyforthismarketsegment.
