职位描述: POSITIONSUMMARY Responsibleforgrowthandnewcustomeracquisitioninthearea.Thesepeoplewillberesponsibleforactivelymakingsalescalls,promotingpackagedgasproductsasamoreeconomical,saferandmoreconvenientmodeofsupplytoexistingcylinders/dewarcustomers,andsecuresalescontractsinafast,effectiveanddisciplinedmanner. DIMENSIONS: ChinaPackagedGasmarket(exhardgoods,heliumandelectronicsspecialtygases)isa$700MMbusiness.Ourintentistodevelopa$200millionto$400millionbusinessataround2020inthismarketsegment.Thebusinessplancallsforexpansionto~10hubsthroughoutChinawithadedicatedandfocusedsalesforceofupto~80peoplewithdedicatedsalesmanagement.Wewilldeployspecializedequipmentandresourcesdevelopedexclusivelyforthismarketsegment. PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES Thispositionisaccountableforthefollowingendresults: 1.WorksafelyeverydayandsafeguardAirProductspropertywithinestablishedprocedures2.Meetorexceedassignedrevenueandprofittargets3.Executeonnewaccountinitiationaccordingtothesettargets4.Maintaindailycallratioatorabove5perday5.UpdateandstayactiveinCRMtoolondailybasis6.KeepagoodteamworkspiritandconductcrosssellingwithMBandLBsalesteam. ORGANIZATIONSTRUCTURE SalesEngineer,PackagedGasàPackagedGasSalesManager QUALIFICATIONS 1.Entrylevelpositionwithminimum2yearssalesexperience2.4yeardegreefromaccrediteduniversitypreferred,2yearassociatesdegreeortechschoolgraduateacceptable3.Technicalandapplicationbackgroundonwelding,analyzerapplication,orsalesexperienceinindustrialgasindustry,ispreferred4.CompetentcomputerskillsinMicrosoftofficeandemails5.Abilitytomake5-8salescallsperdayinafastpacedenvironment6.Abilitytoworkindependentlywithexcellentcommunicationskills7.Drivingskillispreferred.
